1. Retirement Criteria:

   • Officers must have retired from the Bank's service upon reaching superannuation at 60 years.

   • Voluntarily retired, resigned, suspended, or otherwise separated before superannuation are not eligible.

   • Officers who have completed 58 years of age and 30 years of service by the date of applying for voluntary retirement are eligible for engagement upon attaining 60 years of age.

2. Engagement Duration:

   • Minimum: 1 year

   • Maximum: 3 years or until the age of 65, whichever is earlier.

   • Maximum age for fresh engagement: 63 years.

3. Performance and Knowledge:

   • Good track record of performance.

   • Thorough knowledge of the Bank’s systems and procedures.

4. Integrity and Discipline:

   • Integrity should not have been doubtful during service.

   • No punishment or penalty (Censure or higher) in the last five years of service.

   • No pending cases with CBI or other law enforcement agencies.

5. Health:

   • Should maintain good health and not suffer from major ailments.

6. Eligible Grades:

   • Officers retired as MMGS-III, SMGS-IV/V, and TEGS-VI on superannuation.

7. Restrictions and Benefits:

   • No administrative/financial power during engagement.

   • No re-imbursement of medical or other benefits during engagement.

   • Continue to avail facilities as a pensioner of the Bank.

   • No acceptance of assignments with any other organization during the contractual service.
