About the IMPACT Program (3x6 Rotation)

The IMPACT Program spans 18 months and consists of three six-month rotations across different departments, such as:

• Full Stack Development

• Data Science/AI-ML

• Data Engineering/Data Virtualization

• Cloud Engineering

• DevOps

• Automation (Test/Infrastructure)

• Agile Project Management & Product Development

Each Impact grad specializes in 3-4 of the areas mentioned above during their 18 months of on-the-job training. Post-training, they will be allocated to one of the tech areas they specialized in. Each rotation is carefully crafted to provide recent graduates with exposure to diverse projects, technologies, and roles, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
