Educational Qualification
NAC/NTC Certificate in AOCP Trade:

Issued by NCTVT (now NCVT)

Trained in Ordnance Factories under the erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board or under Munitions India Limited (MIL)

Having training/experience in manufacturing and handling of military explosives and ammunition
OR
NAC/NTC Certificate in AOCP Trade:

Issued by NCTVT (now NCVT)

From Government/Private Organizations affiliated with the Government

Candidates with AOCP from Government ITI will also be considered
Merit List:

A combined merit list will be prepared for candidates trained in AOCP at Ordnance Factories and other institutes.
Age Limit

General Candidates: Between 18 and 35 years as on the last date of receipt of applications.
Age Relaxation: As admissible will be given to OBC-NCL, SC/ST & Ex-Serviceman candidates as under:

SC/ST: 5 Years (only in respect of the post reserved for SC/ST)

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years (only in respect of the post reserved for OBC)

Selection Process
Criteria: Selection of candidates will be based on the marks scored in the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test, in the order of merit.

Cut-off Percentage: Decided by Ordnance Factory Chanda based on the total marks secured in NCTVT.

Preference: Ex-apprentices of Ordnance Factories will be given preference over other candidates.
Trade Test:

The Trade Test will be carried out by Ordnance Factory Chanda, probably within one month of the closing date of the advertisement.
Merit List:

The merit list will be prepared based on combined marks secured in the NCTVT Exam and Trade Test/Practical Test.
