The Board of governor shall have the power to relax any of the qualification or experience on the recommendation of the Selection Committee in case of candidate otherwise well qualified.
Period of deputation shall be five years which may be extended by five years by the Board of Governor on review of performance.
The tenure in the case of direct recruit shall be five years which may be extended by three to five year or till the age of sixty years whichever is earlier by the Board of Governors on review of performance.
