Director (Technical):
- Officers holding an analogous post or having five years of regular service in Pay Level 12 or equivalent.
- Three years’ experience in civil work, planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities.
Under Secretary:
- Officers holding an analogous post or with five years of regular service in Pay Level 10 or equivalent.
- Eight years’ experience in fields like policy, planning, administration, HR development, finance, and vigilance.
Manager/Port Administrator:
- Officers holding an analogous post or with five years of regular service in Pay Level 10 or equivalent.
- Eight years of experience in management, planning, finance, or related fields.
- A Master’s degree in Management is preferred.
