Fresh Law Graduates who have passed the final LLB Examination in the first attempt with at least 55% marks, or

Candidates possessing a Post Graduate Degree in Law.

Salary Range

Each Law Clerk will receive a consolidated stipend/honorarium of Rs. 65,000 per month. This amount may be adjusted by the Government from time to time.

Law Clerks are not entitled to any additional allowances and are not considered regular employees of the High Court.
Selection Process

Personal Interview:

Recommended candidates must attend a personal interview at the High Court, Bombay.

Candidates must bear their own costs for attending the interview.

Selection Committee:

The interview will be conducted by a Selection Committee comprised of Hon'ble Judge(s) nominated by the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
