Content Filtering and Proxy Configuration:

• Maintain and implement content filtering/proxy configurations.

• Test and validate configuration changes.

• Troubleshoot policy configurations.

• Provide web filtering reports upon request.

Service Management:

• Process request tickets assigned to content filtering support groups.

• Resolve incident tickets to restore service within specified SLAs.

• Work on action tasks for the Problem Management process.

Change Management:

• Implement configuration and system changes following the Service Management change management process.

• Provide and maintain documentation for web content filtering services.

Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Management:

• Manage minor and major patches by coordinating with the Zscaler team.

Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) Management:

• Daily review of the ZPA dashboard for errors and issues.

• Log tickets for unexpected errors and monitor for discovered servers.

• Ensure logs are forwarded to Client SIEM.

• Monitor for unexpected blocks and connector usage.

• Review access-related tickets from end users.

• Assist in implementing micro-segmentation policies.

• Ensure connectors update weekly by coordinating with Zscaler.

• Confirm connectors are receiving updates as scheduled.

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of content filtering and proxy configurations, as well as experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving policy configuration issues and unexpected errors.

Service Management: Ability to manage service requests, incident tickets, and change management processes efficiently.

Documentation: Competence in providing and maintaining accurate documentation for web content filtering services.

Coordination: Excellent coordination skills to work closely with the Zscaler team and ensure seamless patch management and connector updates.

Monitoring: Proactive approach to monitoring dashboards and logs to detect and resolve issues promptly.
