The candidates will have to compulsorily fill in the attached application form (as per the annexed format and submit the same alongwith copies of all desired certificates from matriculation onwards (such as date of birth certificate, CSIR/UGC/ICAR- NET/equivalent certificate, degree certificate either original or provisional, proof of any work experience, publications) and a recent passport size photograph to the AAO's office on the day of the walk in interview.

In case the candidate attending the interview has any of his/her near or distant relative working as an employee at the ICAR/IARI, then he/she will have to declare in writing his/her name, designation, nature of duties and relationship at the time of the interview.

• The selected candidate will be required to produce all the original documents and medical certificates at the time of joining for verification by the concerned AAO. In case the candidate is employed elsewhere at the time of the interview then a 'No objection certificate' from the employer shall also have be produced by the candidate on the day of the interview.

Only the candidates having essential qualifications shall be shortlisted for the interview.
